    WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS?

    • An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
    • Speakers and a microphone – built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth
    • A webcam or HD webcam - built-in, USB plug-in, or:
    • An HD cam or HD camcorder with a video-capture card
    • Virtual camera software for use with broadcasting software like OBS or IP cameras

    Bandwidth requirements

    The bandwidth used by Zoom will be optimized for the best experience based on the participant‘s’ network. It will automatically adjust for 3G, WiFi, or wired environments.

    Recommended bandwidth for meetings and webinar panelists:

    For 1:1 video calling:

    • For high-quality video: 600kbps (up/down)
    • For 720p HD video: 1.2Mbps (up/down)
    • For 1080p HD video: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down)

    For group video calling:

    • For high-quality video: 1.0 Mbps/600kbps (up/down)
    • For 720p HD video: 2.6Mbps/1.8Mbps (up/down)
    • For 1080p HD video: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down)
    • For gallery view receiving: 2.0Mbps (25 views), 4.0Mbps (49 views)
    • For screen sharing only (no video thumbnail): 50-75kbps

    REGISTRATIONS

    How do I register for the event?

    Can other employees from my company join as well?

    Yes! We encourage you to share this event with your colleagues. Please invite them to register for the event to gain access.

    What email should I use to register?

    Registration is required to attend the event. We ask that everyone register using their corporate-based (business) email.

    Please note: Only authorized customers who registered with their business email will be granted access to the event.


    JOIN BROADCAST

    How do I access the event?

    The Venue is open from January 2022 and that is the place where you will join. You can use our Single Sign-On feature to “log in” with the business email address used to register your virtual ticket. There will also be a link to join The Venue LIVE in your confirmation and reminder emails.


    How do I attend (virtually) a session?

    On the agenda page of the Venue, select a session and click the “Join now” button.


    What kind of software will be required to view the broadcast?

    The event will be web-based, so all you will need is a device (e.g., Computer, mobile phone) and an internet connection. Please see above for details.


    Does it matter what device I use for viewing?

    No. As long as the device meets the minimum requirements to run the event. We recommend a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for the best experience.


    Will content be recorded and available after the broadcast?

    Yes, most sessions will be available for on-demand viewing for the general public. An email will go out the day after the event with the link to access the recordings, so you can view the recorded content at your own pace, from anywhere.


    How do I ask a question during a keynote session?

    Select sessions will include time for audience Q&A. To ask a question, please post them under the Q&A or chat channel labeled “Ask the Presenter,” which will be approved by the moderator. Your questions addressed in the Ask the Presenter section in your chat will be visible to the moderator and speaker(s) only.

    We will not display any unethical questions or inappropriate statements.


    TECHNICAL SUPPORT


    What if something’s not working (e.g., Cannot access broadcast, error message, etc.)?

    • Close any background applications
    • Use a supported internet browser (Google Chrome is the preferred browser of Bizzabo)
    • Use a wired internet connection
    • Use WI-FI when on a mobile/tablet device
    • Disconnect from any VPNs
    • Test your camera and microphone a few hors before the event
    • Use the business email address used to register
    • Also, always clear event website cache and cookies if you experience an issue. And hit refresh!


    Troubleshooting speaker issues via mobile device (iOS | Android)

    Ensure your speaker is turned on. If you see the speaker icon in the top-left corner is turned off, tap it to turn on your speaker. Increase the volume on your mobile device using the volume buttons or notification panel, Even if the speaker is turned on in Bizzabo, your device’s volume might be set mute or vibrate only.


    If I still have trouble accessing a session, who should I contact?

                 Visit the agenda page and use our chat future  to connect directly with               a live support specialist.

    Procedure: Google Chrome settings> Safety check> Cookies and other site data> Cookies>Accept all

    When the cookie block setting is enabled, alerts for 3rd party cookies may be displayed when viewing seminars, agendas, etc. 

    If this is the case, please unblock the cookie or click "new tab" in the alert. 

    Please watch from the displayed tab.




    • Google Chrome is the recommended browser to use (Win10 or later recommended). IE (Internet Explorer) cannot be viewed.


    On a Mac computer:

    • It is recommended to unblock cookies (disable cookies)

    When the cookie block setting is enabled, alerts for 3rd party cookies may be displayed when viewing seminars, agendas, etc.  

    If this is the case, please unblock cookies or click "new tab" in the alert.

    Please watch from the newly displayed tab.


    • Google Chrome is the recommended browser to use (MacOS 10.9 or later recommended).

    Safari is not available for viewing.

    On an iPhone:

    • Please unblock cookies (disable cookies)

    Turn off "Block all cookies" in Settings> Safari> Privacy & Security

    If your session is not playing on the page, an alert for 3rd party cookies may be displayed. Please unblock the cookies or click on "new tab" in the alert. Click to watch from the newly displayed tab.



    • You can watch via your Safari browser (iphone5S or later model. OS version iOS11 or later is recommended).

    Google Chrome is not available for viewing.

    When switching screens while watching, an alert indicating "Audio is Muted" may be displayed which may interrupt the audio. Click on the "Click to Unmute" button at the bottom of the screen.

    On an Android:

    • It is recommended to unblock cookies (disable cookies)

    Procedure: Google Chrome Settings> Site Settings> Cookies> Allow Cookies

    When watching seminars, Agenda, etc., an English alert for 3rd party Cookies may be displayed. Please unblock cookies or click on "new tab" in the alert. Click to watch from the newly displayed tab.



    • We recommend Google Chrome as your browser (Android e4.0 or later)

    Other tips while watching

    When switching screens while watching, an English alert of "Audio is Muted" may be displayed which may interrupt the audio.
